The breakfast had delicious continental options. the hotel provided equipped modern rooms, and i liked that. the staff were very, very nice. They helped a lot.
I booked a standard queen room. i was given two single beds pushed together and a single-size doona. reception wasn't very warm. It was super annoying.

The room heating was not effective, even with the thermostat set high. I was quite cold. there wasn't a kettle provided. For me a kettle is a pretty standard amenity these days- especially in a 'Premium Queen Room' I booked.

the surrounding area felt unsafe it was full of junkies i considered cancelling my reservation then i was given a room on a high floor to avoid the view from the window the noise from the street was still loud during the night and i was worried

solid stay near the station

the hotel felt new and had a modern design. the staff was very nice and accommodating (i even got a coupon for drinks at a nearby restaurant). i found the room to be clean and quite up-to-date.
the pillow in my room was a little too soft for my liking.

the hotel is conveniently near the main train station. tram services are also very accessible. the surrounding area is a little chaotic, but i still felt safe during the day and early evening.
